All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Alfagar Concierge reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any service due to operational, safety, or weather-related reasons.

You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, including the number of participants, age groups, and any relevant health or physical conditions.

Our cancellation and refund policy is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In general:

•  Cancellations made 36h before are eligible for a full or partial refund.

•  Cancellations made at short notice may not be eligible for a refund.

•  In cases of cancellation by Alfagar Concierge (e.g., safety concerns, weather), customers will receive a full refund or alternative booking.

•  No-shows are non-refundable.

To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us as soon as possible with your booking reference. Each case will be reviewed fairly and promptly.

Where pick-up and drop-off services are included or offered, customers must be ready at the agreed time and location. Alfagar Concierge is not responsible for missed pickups due to customer lateness. Timings may vary slightly depending on route and traffic conditions.

All activities are conducted under the supervision of qualified guides or instructors. Participants must follow all instructions provided by staff at all times. Alfagar Concierge reserves the right to remove any participant who poses a safety risk to themselves or others, without refund.

Some activities may have age, weight, or health restrictions. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all participants meet the stated requirements prior to booking.

Alfagar Concierge is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, third-party failures, or force majeure events. Participation in outdoor and adventure activities carries inherent risk, and customers accept this risk upon booking.

Personal information collected at the time of booking is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your reservation and communicating with you about your experience. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Alfagar Concierge reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be published on our platform and take effect immediately upon posting.
