How do I make a reservation?

Choose the activity on the website and complete the payment. The reservation is only confirmed after full payment.

Each case is evaluated individually. Cancellations made well in advance may have a full or partial refund; last-minute cancellations usually do not. If we cancel (bad weather, safety), you will receive a full refund or an alternative. No-shows are not refundable.
We can cancel or reschedule for safety or weather reasons. In that case, you are entitled to a full refund or to reschedule.
Some activities include pick-up and drop-off. You must be ready at the agreed time and place — we are not responsible for failed pickups due to customer delay.
Some activities have age, weight, or health restrictions. It is your responsibility to check before booking and inform us of any relevant conditions.
No-shows are not refundable. If you are late for the pick-up, the reservation may be lost without a refund.
Name, email, phone, payment details, pick-up location, and any relevant info you share (e.g., allergies, health conditions).
Only to process the reservation, communicate with you, coordinate transportation, and ensure safety during the activity. We do not sell or share data for marketing.
Only with the guides/operators of the activity you booked and transportation partners, when applicable. And with authorities, if required by law.
Reservation records are kept for up to 5 years for legal and accounting purposes.
Yes, to improve navigation and analyze site usage. You can manage them in your browser settings.
Activities have qualified guides. You must follow the team's instructions — anyone who jeopardizes their safety or that of others may be excluded without a refund.
Outdoor and adventure activities have inherent risks that you accept when booking. We are not responsible for damages resulting from bad weather, third-party failures, or force majeure.
